When tracking our food we become very aware of exactly what and how much we eat and drink. It will reveal patterns in our eating habits like:
Overeating, Undereating, Weekend behavior – (perfect restrictive eating during the week with uncontrolled binge eating over the weekend)
Balance of whole foods to processed/restaurant foods
Amounts of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats eaten
Food calories and drink calories
Amount of fiber, sugar, and sodium intake
Tracking our food teaches us which foods contain which macronutrients so we can learn if we’re eating protein, carbs, and fats in an appropriate balance.

I give you suggestions on downloading a free Macro Tracking App that actually connects with my app. All you have to do is enter in the foods you are eating, and the app counts up your total calories, protein, fat, carbs each day. I help you tweak portion sizes and give you good suggestions to help you hit the goals we set for you.
No! You do not have to use mine, or even workout at all to see progress towards your goals. Those are a bonus. Although they are extremely easy to navigate, and developed to pair with your macros, you can choose to focus on just nutrition, or your own favorite workouts.

Whenever you sign up, your package will begin. You will automatically receive an email to fill out your Assessment. You will have access to my app on Day 1. I will be in contact with you within 24 hours, and your payment will come out each month on that day. (If its a renewing package.)
